Each branch has computers available for public use on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For Eldridge patrons, a library card can be used to log on for computer use. Guest users must visit the circulation desk to receive a password for the computer system. If all 10 computers are being used, you must check in at the circulation desk to be put in the queue and will have to wait for the next available computer. The computer use time limit is 90 minutes but may be extended if no one is in the queue.  Please do not save documents to the computer, you will lose your work. You may bring in a CD or flash drive. Flash drives and headphones are available for purchase at the circulation desk.

The library has a black and white printer located at the circulation desk.  Printed pages are 10 cents each.  You must pay for each page.
All of our branches have a wireless network for public use.
Each branch has a black and white copier available for public use. The cost is 10 cents per copy. The machine accepts coins and bills. The Eldridge copier can also copy in color for 50 cents per copy.

Patrons can now scan items on the Eldridge copier and send files via email. This service is free.


Eldridge has notaries on staff. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment if you need to make use of this service.


Eldridge, Blue Grass, Princeton and Walcott have meeting rooms available for use. To schedule use of a meeting room, please call or stop in the library. You will need to fill out an application form. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. They may be made up to 3 months in advance. To view available room openings visit our online Meeting Room Calendar.

The usage of our facilities is free for nonprofits, community groups and educational presenters.  For-profit organizations, businesses, and private social groups are charged $25 per hour. There are additional fees for usage of our equipment.

Rooms are available for non commercial use only and cannot be used to sell goods or services.

The Eldridge Library will proctor written or online exams with a $10.00 charge for each exam. Please contact the Eldridge Library with at least one week of notice to set up an appointment.

Our Eldridge Branch has three study rooms available for use on a first come, first serve basis. Please check in at the circulation desk.
Study Room

The library has some master forms that may be photocopied for 10 cents per page. All forms are available to order or print at www.irs.gov and http://www.iowa.gov/tax/forms/loadform.html 
Please bring your worn flags to the library for proper disposal.
